U.S. Embassy Tunis consistently acknowledges the special Star Wars/Tunisia connection on May the 4th. Embassy social media posts on Star Wars Day this year spotlighted Galaxy Tours, led by “U.S. entrepreneur” Davin Anderson. The official messaging recognized trending Galaxy Tours efforts to extend global visibility to Tunisia via a concentrated approach to Star Wars tourism, with particular focus given to the benefit generated for local Tunisian communities.
