50TH ANNIVERSARY BINARY SUNSET LIVE PIANO CONCERT (2026)

Galaxy Tours hosted an historic, first-ever live concert at the world-famous Lars Homestead set in Tunisia with pianist Micah Anderson on 29 March 2026. We organized the free public event to celebrate on-location the exact 50th anniversary filming date of the Star Wars franchise-defining binary sunset scene, produced on 29 March 1976 at the exact same spot.

This was truly a team effort. Special thanks to:
(1) Micah for making the trip from Utah (USA) to share his unique piano talent;
(2) London-based Tunisian National Tourism Office (ONTT) representative Sami Tounsi for proactive administrative support;
(3) Djerba-based Israa Travel Agency owner Mouadh Belhadj for initiating the process to gain both national- and regional-level approval for the event;
(4) Regional Conservatory of Music of Tozeur for permitting its classical piano to be used for the event; and
(5) Tozeur-based Galaxy Tours guide Marouen Douiri for coordinating all local approvals, piano tuning, and piano transportation.

We will host a similar concert at the Lars Homestead on 25 May 2027 during the Franchise 50th Anniversary Group Tour (2027) led by Galaxy Tours Creator Davin Anderson. Space is limited to 30 travelers. Book your spot online.
